Paid Samples:
- JABAL EXIM PVT. LTD. offers paid samples to allow you to evaluate the quality and suitability of our materials before confirming a bulk order.
- Full refunds for paid samples are available if a cancellation request is made before the sample is shipped.
- If you cancel after the sample is shipped, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Bulk Orders:
- Once your bulk order confirmation is received and production begins, cancellation requests are generally not accepted due to the customized nature of the materials and manufacturing process. This policy is clearly communicated to all clients before order confirmation.
- However, if a cancellation request is made before production starts, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis, aiming to find a mutually beneficial solution.
- If cancellation is approved before production starts, a processing fee of 10% of the order value will be applied to cover administrative costs. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- No refunds will be issued for bulk orders once production has commenced.
Processing Time:
- All refund requests will be processed within 15 business days of receipt.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
